From Antietam, to Normandy, to Fallujah.
Soldiers, men and women alike, have fought and died for this country.
Most people don't know these people.
Most people don't know what its like to be them.
But most people, support these heroes.
For 236 years, the Navy, Army, Marines, and Airforce.
Have protected the US and her people.
From invaders.
But, they're soldiers from all over the world.
Protecting their countries.
From those who threaten it.
Their Navies, their Armies, their armed forces.
Are doing their duty.
Soldiers, no matter what nationality.
Are all the same.
They're not killers.
They're not physocpaths.
They're people.
Who are doing their duty.
So from this I say.
Respect to the soldiers.

requested that I do a poem about anything. So I chose something to the troops. Some people don't support the troops because they don't know how badly they need protection 24/7. Put them in a situation like the War for Indepence or the War of 1812 where the enemy is next door. Their mind will change. I tried to not focus on the US only, but I kinda did.
